Verify the Email Address Associated with the KW Marketplace

The email address you associate with the KW Marketplace determines where purchase confirmation receipts are emailed, where verification emails will be sent when you change payment methods, and where KWRI will reach out with more information when you sign up for trainings or professional services.

To verify the email address associated with the KW Marketplace:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.

3. At the top right of the page, click Profile icon, .

You will see the email address in the Contact Methods section. This email address is not editable, but will automatically be your @KW.com email address. If you haven't created your @KW.com email address, the email address you enter in your KW Profile (My KW section > KW Communications Email) will populate.
