Access Previous Orders in the KW Marketplace

When you purchase a product or subscription in the KW Marketplace, you have the ability to access the details of any past order, even if the product was free. 

To access previous orders in the KW Marketplace:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.

3. At the top right of the page, click Profile icon, .

4. On the left side of the page, click Orders.

5. You will see a list of all your past orders. Click View Details, on any order, to see more information.

6. If you need a more printable view, click Order Status Page, and you will be able to print through your browser or device.
